Warranty Policy
All warranties for any product purchased from www.scubaequipment.com.my will be ONLY applied if provided from the original manufacturer, otherwise stated. The warranty can therefore likely be found on the manufacturers’ website or in any other relevant document provided by the manufacturer, or otherwise.
Additional Warranty Terms and Conditions
1) The item(s) under any warranty claim are to be sent at the customer expense. We will not take any responsibility for any charges incurred by the customer when the customer makes a warranty claim.
2) The customer, when claiming under warranty, has chosen to bear the burden of having to wait for the warranty to take effect, if it does take effect at all. We assume no responsibility for any delay or undesirable issue of time arising from any warranty claim that has been made.
Goods Defects and Damaged on Delivery
We package your items extra careful to assure worries-free for damage on delivery. You may inspect for damage before signing the receipt upon arrival of goods.
If you found any manufacturer default with any item, please do not hesitate to contact us and have your invoice number ready so that we can assist you.
