This Seapro Signal Buoy comes with an opening in the bottom of the tube and a big Duck-bill. This allows diver to inflate by purging air from the regulator. Unique internal membrane keeps air inside until released by activating the dump valve. In addition, this Signal Buoy also can be inflated with oral inflator.
